We ship across Canada and the United States only. Orders placed from outside this area will be cancelled and refunded. All orders are shipped from inside Canada.

Handling Times
We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
Customs & Duties
Canada: No additional duties or customs fees.
United States: Starting September 1, 2025, all orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and import taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and paid upfront — the total you see at checkout is final. Nothing is due on delivery.
